Our Team

We pride ourselves on being both professional and easy to work with. Our team includes a NARI certified remodeler (CR), designers, licensed architects and AIA licensed architects. Our construction team includes a project manager/lead carpenter who is certified by the National Center for Construction Education and Research to not only teach construction skills, but also to train instructors and carpenters.

We not only hand-pick our staff for their skills and experience, but for your peace of mind, also do drug screenings and criminal background checks. You can be confident that your home is safe and well-taken care of by capable remodeling professionals.

For projects that require specialty subcontracts, we only choose subcontractors that meet our high standards for quality work, ethics, and professionalism.

Our President – Nick Cicali, CR

Nick’s passion is helping homeowners turn the homes they have into the homes they want, and doing so in a manner that provides our clients with a pleasant experience and value. That is why each and every project receives his personal attention.

Nick is a NARI Certified Remodeler (CR), the highest level of certification NARI offers. He has over 25 years of experience in the remodeling industry. He is also a respected board member of NARI and serves as the board’s liaison with the Central Piedmont Community College (CPCC) and Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools (CMS). In addition, he works with the Construction Industry Education Coalition to help develop programs to train capable, qualified professional remodelers.

Nick is also a strong believer in giving back to the community. He and Diamond Builders have donated much time, leadership, and materials for several years to restore Arosa House, a home for neglected children. In his “spare” time, Nick teaches Sunday School at his local church; serves on the Parent Teacher Student Association Board (PTSA) and Business Education Leadership Council – West Charlotte High School and is a classroom mentor.

Connie Cicali joined her husband in 1998 as office manager for Diamond Builders of America, Inc. Connie brought more than 20 years experience and ability in customer relations, administration and management into the office to better serve clients and improve the efficiency of the company overall.
